They were honored for stepping up to lead the South Los Angeles Alliance of Neighborhood Councils after its founder Lark Galloway-Gilliam passed December 2014.
It’s been a banner week for Southwest Area Neighborhood Development Council. Chair Joy Enix was given the Spirit Award at the Empower LA Awards on September 11 and on September 17 she was voted President of the South Los Angeles Alliance of Neighborhood Councils (SLAANC). Congratulations Joy!
