Request Service Via the 311 App

ECSWANDC Board Member Tyron Turner reports on Septmber 18, 2018 that months ago while doing a business community meet and greet, one of the businesses on Western complained about the alley behind his business needing repairs and cleaned. They complained about not being able to get help from the city or “311”. I told them that I would personally come and make a complaint with the “311” App just to see how long it would take for a response.

Well today after months of waiting they finally agreed to do the repairs needed. I’m a firm believer of never giving up and working together with the community. This is the reason why I signed up to join the Neighborhood Council. To be a voice for the community!!! It’s never about self gain or personal wins!!!
