The Empowerment Congress Southwest Area Neighborhood Development Council is holding a retreat on Saturday, February 3, 10am-2pm at the Constituent Service Center, 8475 S. Vermont Ave. #207. Everyone is welcome as we receive Neighborhood Council training and are updated on the Exhaustive Efforts Work Plan.
