DOT RIDER Survey Workshop

March 11 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
RIDER Real input driving everyday routes

The City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) recently launched the RIDER Study: Real Inputs Driving Everyday Routes to strengthen and modernize its transit services. This citywide study focuses on gathering feedback from riders and community members to help improve services including DASH, Commuter Express, LAnow microtransit, and Cityride Dial-a-Ride.

The RIDER Study aims to improve safety and rider satisfaction, enhance reliability and on-time performance, optimize routes and services, and better align LADOT transit with other transportation networks. The study will also help prepare the City for upcoming major events such as the 2026 FIFA World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

LADOT is holding a virtual workshop on Wednesday, March 11th from 6-7PM to share more information about the RIDER survey and how LADOT will use the results to plan changes to the city’s transit services.

We invite you to participate in the survey, so we can better understand our riders’ experiences and where we can improve. As a thank-you, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a $50 gift card.
