The second Saturday of each May is designated as “Fire Service Day” in the City of Los Angeles – a citywide open firehouse celebration, when we plan and prepare for your visit to a Neighborhood Fire Station.

This year, our theme is “Celebrating Community Resilience”, with a focus on strengthening the connections that benefit our entire community in times of crisis.

We’re eager to have you spend time with us on Saturday, May 11, to learn about our team, tools and training – but more importantly, for us to learn of your needs and concerns regarding emergency response and disaster preparedness.
