Sum mary: Metro contractors will convert peak hour tow away traffic lanes into bus priority lanes on Florence Av between West Bl & Florence A Line Station. Removal by grinding of existing striping will be required. New striping will be installed in phases.
When: May begin as early as February 2025 with anticipated completion in three months.
Work Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 9:30 am-3:30 pm; 9pm-6:30 am
• Saturday, 8am-6pm
New bus lanes will operate in both directions as follows:
• 7-9am, Monday-Friday
• 4-7pm, Monday-Friday
Street parking will remain available during mid-day, evenings, weekends, & observed holidays
