The vacant property at 83rd & Western has been blighted for more than a decade and you can do something about it. A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, February 24 regarding the nuisance. The City Council President, Marqueece Harris-Dawson is asking for constituents to provide letters regarding the dissapointing blight and nuisance this property brings to the neighborhood and ask the City Attorney to finally hold the property owner accountable. With the community speaking up, we can put an end to the homeless encampments, crime, violence, trash and vermin from this property.
