Regarding the City-owned property at 1636 W. Manchester Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90047.
The project has reached the next step. The City has officially opened the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the vacant lot, and the bid process is now underway. The RFP will close on October 1, 2026.
The city is preparing to move forward with development of the property and is currently in the initial stage of identifying a qualified developer through the City’s competitive bid process.
