Funding ends Sunday March 31, 2024 for the Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). The program assists qualified LADWP customers with up to $15,000 to pay past due bills and $200 – $316 to help with current bills. Renters whose water is included in their rent may apply.
