IHO was able to acquire the Bank of America property and therefore have adjusted their plan. They will be be going before a hearing with the City of Los Angeles later this month and would like the ECSWANDC board to provide a letter of support to present to the City.
Another developer has purchased the property at Manchester and Normandie Avenues and would like to build a 7-Eleven. This would make the 6th in and around our NC. Representatives will be presenting their plans after the IHO presentation.
What kind of security will they offer. Will they provide fuel? Will they sell alcohol? The developer would like us to provide a letter of support as well. What do you need to know in order to have enough information to make a decision? Come to this meeting, learn about the options, and share your opinion.
