At our December 15, 2025 Meeting the ECSWANDC approved $2,000 in funding for doggy waste bags for the dispensers at St. Andrews Park as well as repairs for the dispensers. The Board originated this project in 2016 with the installation of the dispensers. Stakeholders had expressed concerns about park cleanliness and provision of waste bags was our response for park goers.
