The Western Our Way project includes street lighting which according to Proposition 218 would create a Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District.
In accordance with Proposition 218, the following project is being forwarded to the City Council for adoption of respective ordinances and reports. Related hearings and an assessment ballot proceeding for each project will also be scheduled.
The proposed area is: WESTERN AVENUE, From the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard to the intersection of Century Boulevard.
