Affordable housing at every level is the only way to resolve the persistent challenge of homelessness.
The Manchester Urban Homes development will come to life near the northwest corner of 88th Street and Broadway. The mixed-use project consists of 122 dwellings – including a 76-unit apartment building fronting Broadway and 46 townhomes between 88th and 87th Streets.
My team and I continue making strides to ensure affordable housing projects come to life across the district.
