The Planning & Land Use Committee offers a forum for the public to discuss and provide input on individual projects and general policy decisions, as well as a space to create projects to beautify our Southwest Los Angeles community. Our goal is to encourage innovative and responsible land use planning that improves our community for all current and future stakeholders. We strive to encourage projects that have excellent architecture and designs that are sustainable, transit-oriented, pedestrian-friendly, culturally respectable, and compatible with existing and developing uses.
