Empowerment Congress Southwest Area Neighborhood Development Council is co-sponsoring a free hip hop dance class for amateur dances ages 8-14 in the South West LA Community. The class will be held during four Saturdays in March, from 1-3pm at St. Andrews Recreation Center. This is a beginners class. Please come dressed to dance!
